Natasha Slater Studio is hiring a full-time Press Officer to join our Milan-based team.
We are not a volume PR agency.
We operate at the intersection of press, clienteling, cultural positioning, and long-term brand presence.
We work with international brands across fashion, design, hospitality, luxury, and contemporary culture.
Our model combines structured press office activity with relationship-driven execution.
We are looking for someone who understands both.
Who You Are
3–5+ years of PR experience, ideally within fashion, design, or hospitality
Experienced in agency or in-house press office environments
Strong existing relationships with Italian media and a growing international network
Confident writing press releases, pitches, and strategic narratives in Italian and English
Comfortable managing client relationships directly
Based in Milan and available to work full-time in the office
Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure This is a hands-on role.
We are not looking for someone who oversees.
We are looking for someone who executes.
What You Will Do
Lead and execute press campaigns across our client portfolio
Develop pitch angles and editorial calendars
Build and maintain real relationships with journalists, stylists, and cultural figures
Secure features, interviews, and placements in leading media
Support launches, press days, private events, and cultural activations
Contribute to the strategic positioning of brands long-term This Role Is Not For You If:
