Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Procurement Intern to join KIKO MILANO’s Operations Team, reporting to the Procurement Coordinator.
Such talent will assist the team in managing the procurement process for goods for the US Market. The aim is to ensure product availability in the central warehouse through close collaboration with the planning team and effective management of KIKO suppliers.
In particular, you will:
- Review sales trends and supply coverage regularly
- Analyse KPI data to identify forecast accuracy and bias
- Assess OTIF performance for supplier meetings
- Update supplier order interface for quick rescheduling
- Issue purchase orders in ERP
- Manage purchase requisitions in the supply MRP database
- Set priorities with the planning team
- Assist with testing new IT developments
What you will need to succeed
- Bachelor degree in Economics or management engineering
- Other previous work experiences are a plus
- Ms Office proficiency
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, ability to extrapolate and analyze data to drive problem solving, business recommendation and performance improvement
- Fluent in English
