PstrongOverview /strongbr/The Associate Compound Engineer, according to the CCNL and company directives, performs the following tasks (exemplifying and not exhaustive):br/strongWhat You'll Do /strongbr/1. Conduct lab testing of materials and products, applying standard test methods or experimenting with new approaches for sample evaluation. Result interpretation beyond data reporting is expected.br/2. Operate workshop compounding lines and injection machines. Handle material weighing, mixing, and molding on a micro and small scale in pilot lines. Prepare machine and mold setups for planned trials and tests.br/3. Perform regular maintenance activities on lab and workshop equipment, including coordinating external services.br/4.
