In response to the rapid growth of our client base, we are expanding our Product Design team at the offices of our Italian subsidiary in Trento, continuing to deliver exceptional solutions to the market.
The role
As a Product Analyst (functional analyst) role, you will be instrumental in shaping innovative financial solutions. Whether you are an experienced professional (Senior) or an aspiring talent (Junior), you will work in a collaborative environment to:
* Design, develop, and test advanced financial software solutions.
* Provide expert advice and create detailed documentation in partnership with our Delivery and Support teams.
Requirements for the Profile
Qualifications:
* Degree in Financial/Mathematical Engineering, Mathematics/Physics, Economics with specialization in Quantitative Finance;
* Strong analytical background with experience in financial software development or consulting.
Hard Skills:
* Solid knowledge of financial instruments (e.g., fixed income, derivatives, forex).
* Proficiency in trade capture, valuation, portfolio management, and financial risk analysis.
* Familiarity with databases and financial math tools (MATLAB, Python preferred).
* Understanding of industry-standard operating models, regulatory frameworks, and compliance.
* Soft Skills:
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication and documentation skills.
* Team-oriented with the ability to lead and motivate colleagues.
* Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
