Tasks and Qualifications: Education & Experience - BS/BA in a related discipline or advanced degree is highly desired. - Ideally 2-5 years of recruiting experience within an in-house or RPO environment. - Experience recruiting for technical or engineering disciplines with the flexibility to support other key business areas when needed. - Highly motivated with a drive to meet and exceed expectations. - Working proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Experience with working with different recruiting tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems, CRMs, or Talent Networks. (Workday, LinkedIn, Job Boards, and/or, Talent Analytic Systems) - Fluent English and Italian are essential to the role. However, some knowledge of French and/or Spanish is desirable/advantageous.
