Dematic is hiring a talented and successful Talent Acquisition Partner within our Global Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for a go-getter and someone who wants to help evolve, innovate, and revolutionize recruiting to drive positive change for Dematic and the departments within Dematic. In addition to provide customer support and work with cross-functional teams. We are a lean but mighty team, and we embrace those who will help us make a difference for Dematic. We want someone who can help us achieve the goals set forth for our Talent Acquisition team. We are seeking a strong talent advisor who can drive positive change for the business. For this unique opportunity, we are seeking a process-oriented professional who enjoys the freedom to be autonomous in the execution of their role. You will be a natural problem solver and excel in delivering results for the business in line with the key service level agreements. - Fun without losing focus and will help others enjoy their days while executing tasks - A natural tendency to want to improve partnerships with the business and aid the recruitment process. - A knack for innovation and drive to push the status quo. - Build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of the organization and regularly drive meetings with internal stakeholders. - Must be comfortable with interacting and presenting to all levels of management within the organization. - Strong awareness of company brand, employee value propositions, and the attraction of new talent. - The determination to try new approaches and be creative with methods when achieving headcount goals. - The desire to pick up projects to help the overall Talent Acquisition department achieve world-class status. - Experience in a high-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to multi-task. - Ability to seek advice but also advise stakeholders with your expertise. Tasks and Qualifications: Education & Experience - BS/BA in a related discipline or advanced degree is highly desired. - Ideally 2-5 years of recruiting experience within an in-house or RPO environment. - Experience recruiting for technical or engineering disciplines with the flexibility to support other key business areas when needed. - Highly motivated with a drive to meet and exceed expectations. - Working proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Experience with working with different recruiting tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems, CRMs, or Talent Networks. (Workday, LinkedIn, Job Boards, and/or, Talent Analytic Systems) - Fluent English and Italian are essential to the role. However, some knowledge of French and/or Spanish is desirable/advantageous.
