Your role The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process.
\n
Their duties include but are not limited to researching automation techniques, testing new systems for efficiency and planning factory layouts to optimize production.
\n
Manufacturing Engineering System uses its knowledge of science and mathematics to analyze manufacturing costs and KPIs.
\n
He helps the ME Team in projects tracking.
\n
He also develops relationships with the other Regions, participating in the benchmarks.
\n
Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure that the company’s manufacturing processes are in compliance with all government laws and regulations
\n
Analyze production processes, schedules, methods, and other data and then provide management with reports containing the data and statistics to enable management to better understand future requirements needed for the manufacturing process.
\n
Process measurement (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation)
\n
Review and calculate labor, material (direct and indirect), and other production costs along with reviewing schedules and future production requirements to assist management in decision making
\n
Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency
\n
Process standardization and optimization
