Job Responsibilities
The Candidate has to manage, develop and support firmware as well as design and optimise electronic functional specifications for embedded systems (household appliances).
The main requirements are:
Good knowledge of C/(C++ is a Plus) - ARM cortex architecture (STM32);
Good knowledge of typical microcontroller architecture (8-32 bit) and of their peripherals;
Good knowledge in main laboratory instrumentations like oscilloscopes, logic analyser, power analyzer and programmers;
Competence in writing documentation, technical specifications, algorithms and procedures regarding product development and validation;
Competence in reading schematics;
The following skills and competences will be considered a plus in the profile selection:
Good knowledge on development of HMI (human-machine interface) firmware features, including display functionality and embedded graphics design development (Embedded Wizard or equivalent);
Competence in writing specifications for firmware development by third parties;
Knowledge and thereof experience of main EMC issues in the process of product validation;
Competence in define coherent timings in activity organisation;
Competence in software development for test and diagnosis (C++/C# ...).
Competence in reading and understanding product specifications and market regulations and standards (UL, CE, ecc ...);
Good knowledge of version control software like GIT.

Qualifications, Knowledges:
Degree in electronic engineering, automation engineering or information engineering.
Previous experience of 2-5 years as firmware designer for embedded systems;
Good knowledge of English, curiosity and desire to work in an international environment complete the profile.
