You are introducing innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for the training of operational managers (remotely/on-site) for our product usage. You identify potential "stumbling blocks" in the onboarding process and work to eliminate them in coordination with customers and colleagues from other teams. You oversee upgrades of our solution for existing clients. Through close contact with customers, you help to continuously improve our product and processes. Your profile You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proof of successful projects. You work in a structured and organized manner, even under stress, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations. You are willing to travel to customer sites. You are native or bilingual in Italian, confident in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
