Improve Lab Efficiency by Supporting Technical Operations

We are seeking an exceptional Service Administration Coordinator to join our technical support team, responsible for managing service schedules, coordinating with technicians and customers, maintaining accurate service records, and processing service-related documentation.
This position is part of the Customer Care Organization located in Cassina De' Pecchi, Milan, and will be fully onsite. Our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be working closely with the Customer Technical Support Manager to oversee and manage technical call center and dispatching operations, ensuring efficient and effective communication between our technical support team and customers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support to the service team, including managing emails, phone calls, quotes, billing, and system data maintenance
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up
* Assisting in resolving service-related issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate personnel, and following up to ensure resolution
Requirements include:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, technicians, and internal staff
* Strong focus on providing high-quality customer service and resolving issues courteously and efficiently
* Ability to travel 5% within territory or locations
Prior experience in the healthcare industry and ability to speak more than one European language are considered assets in this role.
