Implementation of the Employer Branding strategy
Planning, management and deployment of Internal communication
Content creation for the internal communication assets
Implementation of company engagement and satisfaction tools (surveys, etc.)
Contribution to LVMH Committee Italy to guarantee a wider employer branding strategy of the Group
Management of all the company communication channels (LinkedIn, Workplace, Universities website)
Management of the LinkedIn editorial plan in synergy with the Marketing strategy, and guaranteeing the alignment to the Sephora Internal Communication Committee EME Region
Design and implementation of engaging activities for the employees
2⁄3 years of experience in Communication, Employer Branding, Events planning
~ Fluent English written and spoken
~ Exceptional organizational and project management skills
~ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
