Part of the Interparfums group founded in ****, Interparfums USA develops, manufactures and distributes prestige perfumes and cosmetics as the exclusive worldwide licensee for Abercrombie & Fitch, Anna Sui, DKNY, Donna Karan, Graff, GUESS, Hollister, MCM, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo and Ungaro. Through its global distribution network, the Company's products are sold in over 120 countries.
The Inventory Controller oversees inventory management processes and resolves issues that arise. This position identifies, analyzes and addresses gaps in inventory processes.
Responsibilities
:
Inventory accuracy- reconciliation of inventory transactions at the location level to ensure accurate reporting of on-hand inventory.
Collaborate with both domestic and international warehouse/ filler management on all inventory related issues.
Perform monthly inventory reconciliations at designated locations.
Perform adjustments to inventory.
Perform item reconciliations.
Other related duties as assigned.
Collaborates with supply planners, material planners, third party warehouse management and fillers to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment and reporting of transfer orders and receipts.
Perform inventory classification based on ageing reporting, highlighting critical cases.
Required Education/Experience:
1+ year of experience in related area required.
Required Qualifications
:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and focus on the quality of work.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and vendor/supplier relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Flexible and ability to adapt to different workspaces- office, internal and external warehouses.
