For our client, an important multinational company with an Italian Headquarter, we are looking for a: Business Controller - Central Europe Reporting directly to the Global Business Controlling Director you will be responsible to provide support and guidance to Central Europe business, by preparing and interpreting business analysis, economic and financial information, in order to constantly improve the management of operating margins, operating profitability and the volume of financial investments Key Responsibilities: - Management of Controlling activities on the Central Europe Region (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary); - Analyse the financial reports of all the business lines present within the Region, highlighting opportunities of improvements, variance from targets, and potential risks; - Ensure alignment of the countries to the reporting and controlling requirements and principles of the Group; - Cash forecasting and financial planning activities in order to ensure accurate and reliable analysis on the cash surplus or need of the Countries; - Check that staff costs projections and analysis are performed in accordance with the Group methodologies and metrics; - Runs specific analysis and controlling, budgeting and forecasting activities on HR costs. Job Requirements: - Degree in Economics or equivalent; - Long-term experience acquired in the role, preferably in the multinational companies contest; - Excellent knowledge of the technical aspects of administrative, financial and management control activities; - Excellent command of English; - Experience with using digital tools; - Good Knowledge of project management principles; - Complete the profile: results orientation, excellent interpersonal and relational skills, planning and organization, determination and problem solving.
