This role offers exposure to cutting‑edge projects related to mobility, technological innovation, and design. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts typical of engineering services companies, both in Italian and English, such as supply and subcontracting agreements, RD and engineering service agreements, NDAs and confidentiality agreements, framework agreements with Business Partners /li liSupport corporate governance activities, including drafting of board resolutions, powers of attorney, and maintaining corporate records /li liSupport the internal units in the management of legal issues, legal opinions /li liSupport in dealing with governance and Data Protection (GDPR) /li liMonitor and interpret applicable laws and regulations impacting Company business /li liProvide legal advice to internal stakeholders and ensure risk mitigation in day‑to‑day operations /li liWork with IT and Compliance team on matters related to IT security and internal and Group policies /li liCoordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies when needed /li liManage priorities while respecting deadlines /li /ul h3Key requirements /h3 ul li3–5 years of experience in a legal department of multinational industrial companies (preferably in the automotive sector) or in international law firms with strong focus on commercial and corporate law /li liSolid knowledge of civil, commercial, and corporate law (national and European Union regulations) /li liAutonomous drafting of legal texts /li liAccuracy, clarity and completeness in the preparation of documents /li liCommunication, negotiation and conflict management abilities /li liTeam player with a proactive and business‑oriented mindset, and respect for others /li liStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently /li liPrecision, good organization and good management of time /li liAbility to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines /li liDiplomacy and ability to interact at various levels of responsibility /li liHigh level of integrity and confidentiality, accountability and flexibility /li /ul h3Preferential requirements /h3 ul liQualification for the legal profession (bar examination) /li liSecond‑level master’s degree in business law /li liKnowledge of regulations on innovative ICT technologies /li liFamiliarity with the regulatory framework applicable to the automotive industry /li /ul h3Education /h3 pMaster’s degree in law /p h3Language skills /h3 pFluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.
