EMEA FINANCIAL SENIOR AUDITOR
Reporting to the Vice President of Internal Audit, the EMEA Financial Senior Auditor will be responsible for partnering with the Global Internal Audit management team along with Company management while maintaining independence. The EMEA Financial Senior Auditor will lead and direct the organization's European audit function, while providing continuous evaluation of the organization's internal control structure, including its efficiency and effectiveness of operations, reliability of financial reporting, and compliance with laws and regulations.
The position will focus on the design and operating effectiveness of the Company's internal control framework to effectively manage and mitigate risk. The EMEA Financial Senior Auditor will lead and direct audit functions and teams within Europe, as well as, assisting and supporting in other regions of the world as needed.
Develop and drive execution of the annual internal audit plan that addresses key operational and financial risks.
Assist in leading the annual enterprise-wide risk assessment which identifies key business risks.
Lead discussions with senior management and external auditors regarding internal audit findings. Provide management opinions and findings related to key controls, ethics, and compliance matters, control effectiveness and consultation related to policies, procedures, and systems.
Perform comprehensive and robust review of Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Section 404, Operational Audits, Rapid Integration Reviews, supported by documentation of conclusions that are appropriately supported.
As a business partner, identify improvement opportunities and develop recommendations for corrective action plans and oversee effective remediation of identified gaps and weaknesses.
Collaborate with control owners in Finance, Business/Operations, and Corporate to ensure compliance with Company policies, while delivering results that support the business performance.
Drive data driven analytics and automation improvements.
Facilitate relationships with external auditors.
Prepare and manage an annual departmental budget.
Oversee and execute special projects, as necessary.
Model and demonstrate the use of 80/20 principles to deliver measurable improvements in processes that align with the Corporate Internal Audit’s organizational strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related filed. 5+ years progressive managerial experience, including internal/external audit, compliance, or related field.
~ Comprehensive understanding of internal auditing, GAAP, PCAOB standards, SEC regulations, Sarbanes Oxley and COSO Framework
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and implement effective solutions.
~ Experience using data analytics tools and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI) and implementing data driven internal auditing techniques.

~ Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels or organization, both internally and externally
~ Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally
