MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Head of Sales, agree and implement sales strategy to increase market share for Manufacturing Execution System/Manufacturing Operation Management, achieved through the acquisition of new customers and the retention and development of existing accounts, providing both technical and commercial support with assistance from internal & external business partners.
YOUR JOB – What would be your responsibilities?
• Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s solutions portfolio and
maintaining & developing our existing accounts with a view to increasing repeat business,
• Analyze target market potential and the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the business,
• Develops and maintains the Business Development plan ,
• Provides quarterly results assessments for accountable sales activities,
• Assisting with bid creation and management in line with customers’ expectations,
• Ensure is up to date with most recent functionality proposition for the assigned solution portfolio,
• Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends,
• Maintaining the company’s CRM database on an ongoing basis as the backbone for good organization, planning, and communication.
YOUR PROFILE – Qualifications
• > 5 years experience in sales with a proven track record in the promotion and sales of automation systems and solutions,
• A good knowledge of Manufacturing, IT or Automation would be beneficial in this position,
• Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment,
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Fluent in Italian and English is essential for this position,
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software,
• The successful applicant will prove themselves to be an exceptional communicator, and negotiator, demonstrating confidence, and passion as well as excellent
relationship building skills,
• A willingness to travel and possession of a current driving licence is essential in this position,
• Availability to travel.
