Marketing & Events Coordinator / Assistant Director SAIS Europe, the European campus of Johns Hopkins SAIS, is seeking a skilled professional to support its dynamic program of public events, conferences, and institutional communications. This full-time onsite role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and excited to work in a fast-paced international academic environment. Fluency in English and Italian is essential. The position serves as the operational hub for events and as a key partner to the Director of Marketing & Communications—helping plan and deliver high-profile events, manage guests and VIPs, coordinate vendors, produce event materials, and contribute to digital content, social media, and broader outreach efforts.
