Learn more about Kemira at. /ppWe are now looking for a strongSales Representative, Packaging Hygiene Solutions, Product Unit, EMEA /strong. /ppPackaging Hygiene Solutions Business Unit specializes in innovative solutions that enable customers to create fiber-based products suited for a circular economy and replacing plastics, while optimizing resource efficiency, product performance, and quality. The Business Unit serves paper, board, tissue, and molded fiber packaging manufacturers across the globe. /ppIn this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day execution of the Product Unit distribution/customer channel within assigned EMEA countries. You will be part of a fast-growing sales area of the company, and you will report to the Senior Sales Manager, Product Unit, EMEA. /ppThe role has a flexible location within Southern or Eastern Europe, provided it is based in a country where Kemira currently operates (such as Türkiye, France, Spain, or Italy). /ppstrongIn this role you will be responsible for: /strong /pulliManaging a portfolio of distributors/customers, including identification, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management. You monitor distributor performance against KPIs and implement corrective action plans as needed. /liliRevenue growth and customer acquisition in assigned markets, working closely with distributors/customers to develop country-level sales plans. You support new market entry and expansion opportunities, analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and recommend commercial actions to senior management. /liliEnsuring compliance with global and regional pricing, governance, and regulatory frameworks. You maintain accurate distributor/customer records, performance dashboards, and sales forecasts, and report on distributor performance, market coverage, and channel effectiveness. /liliCollaborating closely with regional commercial, marketing, finance, and operations teams. You represent distributor/customer needs in regional discussions, highlighting market insights and operational challenges, and you support the Senior Sales Manager in implementing regional initiatives and best practices. /li /ulpstrongWhat you'll bring to the team: /strong /pulliBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage. /liliTypically 3+ years of sales experience, ideally with exposure to channel/distributor management. /liliDemonstrated success in meeting sales targets, developing strong customer and distributor relationships, and driving growth in complex, multi-country environments. /liliAn entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to create opportunities, experiment, take ownership, and deliver impact. /liliExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence customers, distributors, colleagues, and stakeholders, paired with a strong sales orientation. /liliFluency in English; additional EMEA languages are considered an asset. /liliWillingness and flexibility to travel within the EMEA region if necessary. /liliAbility to work independently in a remote environment. /li /ulpstrongWhat You Can Expect From Us /strong /pulliAn attractive compensation package. /liliExcellent opportunity to be part of Kemira’s sustainability-driven transformation for profitable growth. /liliAn opportunity to work in a diverse, inclusive, and international setting, with opportunities to engage with teams and stakeholders across different regions and cultures. /li /ulpstrongReady to create better every day?
