Synergie Italia Spa, a recruitment agency located in Milan Restelli, is seeking for a client operating in the telecommunications sector:
Customer Care - Help Desk Level 1
The selected candidate will provide first-level technical support to clients, manage assistance requests via phone and email, analyze and resolve technical issues, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. The role requires close collaboration with the team to ensure quick and effective responses, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Diploma
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in telecommunications
* Excellent communication skills in Italian
* Familiarity with Excel
* Good time management and organizational skills
Additional Information
Initial contract is fixed-term, full-time (40 hours/week), on shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 22:00.
Industry Contract - salary based on experience + meal vouchers of 7 euros.
Work location: Milan Segrate
