In this role you will lead the design and development of Capital and Consumable products to meet customer and business needs. You will manage the full product development lifecycle from inception to market launch, guiding a cross‐functional core team through stage gates. You will ensure compliance with NPD, Design Control, and lifecycle processes across functions. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and risk management to deliver quality, cost‐effective, and manufacturable outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to shape product development in a regulated environment and work across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and Operations.
