This role in summaryWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our IT Warehousing team as a junior IT analyst internship. The successful candidate will be based in our Milan office.The Junior IT analyst intern will be responsible for supporting a Warehousing IT manager in designing and implementing SAP EWM and ERP solutions mainly focused but not limited to warehouse management.
Your responsibilities will includeEngage with the business partners and IT colleagues to evaluate and propose IT solutions for business requirementsCollaborate with external consultants and the internal IT team to deliver projects and enhancementsGain business acumen on Beko Europe processes to identify improvement opportunities and related benefitsDesign and implement enhancements to the standard SAP functionalities inside the ERP and warehouse management systemsPerform troubleshooting and propose the ways to resolve the process and technical issuesAnalyze business processes and identify areas for improvementCreate functional specifications and documentation for SAP enhancementsFocus on skill growth and hands-on experience on the EWM and ERP technologiesAddress day to day issues on warehousing function to ensure the smooth running of the business
Minimum requirementsPursuing a Master's Degree in Management, Computer, Mechanical, Industrial or Mathematics EngineeringFluency in EnglishAnalytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities balanced with interpersonal skills and ability to collaborateAbility to create detailed functional specifications and documentationProactiveness and ability to work both independently and as part of a teamPreferred skills and experiencesPrior exposure to SAP is a plusExperience with business process analysis and improvement is a plusPrevious exposure to SQL is a plusPrevious programming experience is a plus
