WHO WE
ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to help us with communication activities for our clients’ social media channels: Italian and international brands.
You will have to work alongside the figures in the social department (currently a crew of 8 people) to design and develop social content, and interact regularly with the creative and designer team, also dealing with adv planning and reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a professional figure that:
* Supports the development and implementation of social communication strategies focused on achieving customer goals
* Collaborates closely with other team members across the agency to align and integrate social platforms with other digital communication channels
* Plans and manages promotional campaigns in line with budgets, focusing on ROI
* Deals with the drafting and planning of editorial plans, in coordination with the creative team
* Analyzes the results achieved and creates reports to share with clients
* Participates in strategic meetings with clients always maintaining a proactive and constructive approach
IDEAL PROFILE
* Previous professional experience in social media
* Knowledge of social media management platforms and related advertising and analytical tools
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and multiple businesses in a fast-paced and (sometimes) hectic environment
* Aptitude for problem solving, listening skills and sense of responsibility
* Curiosity, desire to grow professionally and increase his/her skills
