We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. This full-time, remote position based in Italy offers an exciting opportunity to support business development through roadshows and workshops.
As a technical expert, you will manage all technical communications and solutions during sales pitches and meetings. You will also build and maintain relationships with partners, earning trust through your technical expertise and understanding of client needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Servicing as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings
* Building and maintaining relationships with partners
* Preparing technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support
* Training and interacting with business partners to ensure understanding of our unique selling points
* Gathering feedback from clients and partners to improve our products
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or related fields
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, ideally within the Residential Energy Storage industry
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in teams
* The ability to understand customer needs and independently find solutions
* Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus
