In this role you lead the department at a Montenapoleone boutique, driving luxury retail excellence. You work closely with the Store Manager to coach and develop the team while maximizing sales and upholding Dior-brand standards. You will manage customer relationships and supervise product performance, ensuring inventory and actions align with business objectives. Responsibilities
* Co-manage staff with the Store Manager; coach and develop talent; evaluate sales team performance
* Lead the department through briefings, goal setting, product training, and feedback
* Drive sales and efficiency by motivating the team and modeling leadership
* Manage customer relationships and portfolio of local/international clients; track sales targets and KPIs
* Act as a Dior Ambassador with strong brand DNA understanding
* Coordinate product category performance with the Retail Merchandiser; develop action plans
* Train team on products and market trends; stay aligned with business objectives
* Participate in purchasing/restocking decisions with Store/Assistant Store Manager
* Oversee stock management, inventory, and category organization
* Ensure compliance with company xjrgpwk policies and store procedures
