This is a leadership opportunity for someone who wants to build and scale an international engineering business, with a clear path to Managing Director and a meaningful role in shaping the next phase of growth. The position is full-time, on-site General Manager located in Milan, Italy.The OpportunityThis is a hands-on leadership role focused on operational execution, scalability, and disciplined growth within an entrepreneurial, engineering-driven business.The General Manager will work closely with the current Managing Director, who will remain actively involved in commercial leadership, banking relationships, and strategic direction.
