Circular is currently seeking a talented Phygital Designer (Midweight) who is thrilled with combining the two digital and physical design approaches to create stunning projects and immersive experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with the design and management team in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a background in product and/or interior design and is keen to connect the physical world with digital applications. The Phygital Designer will create various kinds of assets and artworks for a wide range of projects, going from digital applications to prints, retails, and event setups. Closely collaborating with the team of designers, the ideal candidate will support and actively work on the development of concepts, visualizations and executive, giving a high-quality boost to achieve fresh and contemporary projects. With a keen eye for detail, will help in all design phases, taking care of the projects from the beginning to the very end.
Develop ideas, concepts and experiences for a wide range of global brands.
Think, design and develop spaces and activities (events, retail, exhibitions, corporate)
Work closely with the design and management team, from brief to final delivery.
Work on assets, mockups, and presentations to design and support the entire project.
Ideate and design spaces, merchandising, digital and print materials being able to respect existing brand guidelines if provided.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product/retail/interior/phygital designer, or similar.
Think creatively and work comfortably with a wide range of professionals in the design industry.
Advanced knowledge of visual design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Knowledge of 2D/3D design / render software (such as Rhino, Cinema 4D, Blender, Autocad etc).
Confident in working with existing brand guidelines to enhance and develop a reflective brand identity.
Open-minded, flexible and able to work with people effectively at all levels.
Experience in determining visual design preferences and meeting deadlines.
Great ability to collaborate on visual design projects and integrate feedback.
Strong passion for design-driven projects.
Motion design skills.
Written and verbal communication skills in English.
