That is why we continually invest in our people and facilities to remain at the forefront of innovation and responsive to market needs.About the RoleAs Demand and Supply Planner, you will be responsible to drive the demand and supply planning process to ensure high customer service levels whilst optimizing cost of supply.You will manage and develop a balanced demand and supply plan, to ensure appropriate delivery to customers considering the supply chain processes, plans and internal inventory management and lead the Touch Point meetings for each of the markets in coordination with the Key Account Manager (KAM) and the local planners. You will drive, change, shape, influence and implement processes that will positively affect demand and supply management. You will work independently and as a team player in order to drive forward change and improvements opportunities to the day-to-day supply chain activities.ResponsibilitiesDemand Planning: Develop and maintain demand forecasts (12 rolling months) at product level for assigned markets.Consolidate global demand plans, analyze demand patterns, and identify improvement opportunities to enhance forecasting accuracy.Coordinate new product launches and product phase-outs with KAMs and markets.Supply Planning: Create monthly supply plans, calculate and plan dispatch plans for assigned markets, to ensure on-time product availability to meet customer requirements and service levels.Proactively communicate supply status and potential risks while leading issue resolution to ensure supply continuity.Maintain planning parameters and maintain master data in ERP system and manage supply variabilities.Inventory Management: Manage safety stock targets, monitor inventory levels (volume, value, aging stock) and lead supply network optimization plan with related stakeholders.Other Planning Activities: Participate in Supply Chain (Re-) design projects to optimize the E2E product and information flow.Constantly strive to identify improvement opportunities (processes & tools) to enhance supply chain key metrics and streamline work processes with an end-to-end mindset.Prepare and analyze relevant reports & dashboards to support management decision making.Support ERP implementation.QualificationsUniversity Degree in Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent with experience of at least 3 years in: Supply planning, Demand planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Project Management in the area of Demand & Supply Planning.Mandatory to have had experience working in an international environment.Desirable to have worked on ERP implementations for Supply Chain domain.International Distribution planning process and respective tools.Understanding the manufacturing processes and constraints, route to market, customer network, customer business environment.Stock policies strategy and calculations.Product portfolio (demand type, seasonality, lifecycle status, shelf life).Product Life Cycle Process: Master Data Management, New product launches and gate process.High command of English, written and spoken is essential.Ability to work independently.Analytical, structured and problem solving mindset.Hands-on and attentive to detail.Proficient working with new tools and Microsoft Excel.
