Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics /ppbr/ppstrongYour role at KIKO MILANO /strong /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a strongGlobal Marketing Intern /strong to join KIKO MILANO’s HQ. /ppSuch talent will focus on: /pulliSupport execution of the Special Projects stream works featuring key relevance for KIKO Milano, with special focus onto E2E roll-out of Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games Sponsorship /liliEnsure timely delivery of the assigned projects /liliSupport in developing internal presentations /liliActively manage communications with relevant internal/external stakeholders /liliGovern calendar appointments setting and coordinate agendas /li /ulpbr/ppIn particular, you will: /pulliCoordinate all types of incoming requests related to Special Projects, supporting from brief drafting to final execution and close-out report, mediating the conversation between external Partners and HQ Teams /liliKeep track of all the ongoing activities related to the project, i.e. meetings setting, minutes drafting, follow-ups, coordinating with cross functional HQ teams and with external Partners /liliAct as the key point of reference for guideline compliance and creative asset approvals, ensuring adherence to Olympic and Paralympic regulations /liliLiaise with key HQ teams for any relevant topic (Global Product teams, Creative services, Social Media, PR, Communication, Trade Marketing and Merchandising, CMI, Legal, Planning and Logistics, others in HQ) /liliEnsure thoughtfully support for preparation of decks /liliSupport operational implementation of key workstreams, acting through official channels and platforms /liliProperly represent KIKO Milano and the HQ team reporting into whenever approaching external high-profile contacts in the Beauty industry, not excluding competitors ‘companies /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat you will need to succeed /strong /pulliPrevious experience in Marketing Function or Consulting Firm; former work experience in the Beauty / Retailer industry will be considered a plus as well as work experience in multinational/global companies; /liliPassion for beauty business; /liliBS or MSc in Economy or Marketing; /liliExcellent analytical skills; /liliGood knowledge of Office package (Excel, Power Point, SAP); /liliFluent in English written and spoken, other languages are a plus; /liliGood knowledge of Marketing principles, analytical logics and economic data; /liliUnrivaled project management and presentations skills; /liliGood understanding of the retail industry and trends. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWe would love if you had /strong /pulliAbility to learn on the job; /liliA solution-orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at pace; /liliStrong organizational skills with an ability to re-prioritize as required to meet deadlines; /liliActive listening; /liliTeam player attitude; /liliAbility to multi-task and be action oriented; exercise independent judgement and decision-making. /li /ulpbr/ppKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all’integrazione delle persone con disabilità all’interno dell’azienda.
