WHAT THE ROLE OFFERSLeading complex implementation projects from kick-off to closurePlanning, coordinating, and monitoring all project activities, resources, timelines, risks, and communicationsManaging project scope, identifying mitigation strategies, and providing transparent, regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders.Overseeing financial performance of assigned projects, including revenue, margin, forecasting, and complianceServing as a key escalation and decision pointSupporting Professional Services Sales in scoping, estimating, and contributing to proposal development for future opportunitiesLeveraging AI-driven tools to enhance project planning, risk identification, reporting, and overall delivery excellence
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDUniversity degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical education5+ years of experience in IT project managementSolid understanding of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) technologies such as ECM and Archiving, with the ability to lead strategic solution discussionsDemonstrated experience delivering projects involving AI-enabled solutions, with the ability to apply AI to improve program outcomesFluency in English and Italian; additional languages (Spanish, French, German) are a plus
