We are looking for an Junior Vessel Manager to join our office in Milan.
Reporting directly to Vessel Manager, you will:
* Support Vessel Managers in the management of vessel costs control:
* Checks on proforma invoices of vessel activities, from their tracking to the approval process;
* Support vessel management interface with Finance Dept for cost controlling as above point;
* Support Vessel Managers for vessel crew movements, mainly manning plan to be kept updated in agreement with management, for both Italy and UK vessels;
* Vessels documentation monitoring ;
* Support the vessel managers to maintain the engineering documentation database.
You are the right fit if you are:
* Graduated in Engineering or Accounting
* Communication, Relationship and Organization skills
* Full proficiency in both written and spoken English, other languages as a plus
* High knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project,
