You would act as the SSE and serve as the center of excellence for our LanEdge solutions, including Switch, Access Point, and Network Access Control, within the assigned territory. This role covers all of Italy and Malta, and we can consider applicants based in either Milan or Rome. Responsibilities As a Specialised Systems Engineer (SSE) – LanEdge, you will:
Lead pre-sales activities for the LanEdge platform and design and implement best practices Maintain knowledge of competitive products and services Respond to industry analyst inquiries and become the trusted advisor for our complete LanEdge platform Attend customer meetings and provide expert opinion on LanEdge design and architecture Publish reference architectures for specific use cases Dedicate a percentage of your time to ongoing training and education for new technologies Help drive technical webinars and hands‑on demos Publish public information such as white papers and blogs on relevant technology topics Participate in continuous active networking within the industry to build relationships and awareness Lead client and partner engagement in collaboration with internal
