About the Opportunity
Be part of an exciting pre‐opening journey, supporting the setup of stewarding operations, hygiene standards, and kitchen efficiency. This is a seasonal contract offering an attractive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
* Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas
* Maintaining cleanliness of kitchens, storage areas, and back‐of‐house facilities
* Supporting kitchen and service teams during operations
* Ensuring proper waste management and recycling procedures
* Following food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
* Assisting with pre‐opening setup and kitchen organization
* Reporting equipment issues and safety concerns
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Steward or similar role is an advantage
* Pre‐opening experience is a plus
* Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
* Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
* Strong teamwork and reliability
* Positive attitude and professional conduct
* Available to join immediately
* Eligible to work in Italy
