Ph3bJob Duties and Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liRepresent customer interface in the quality non-conformity management /li liRepresent customer interface during the PPAP process of new products and manage product/process modification on current products until final customer approval is released /li liRepresent customer interface during Process Audits in the production plants /li liManage quality non-conformities according to customer specific requirements, ensuring to meet required timing /li liCollect in a systematic way the quality non-conformities both coming from assembly lines and from the customer /li liContribute to define, in collaboration with other functions, corrective and preventive actions needed to eliminate non-conformities /li liManage the corrective and preventive actions implementation, by monitoring their efficacy /li liMonitor the product performance (scrap %) to highlight main issues to the other functions in order to support the resolution /li liEnsure the correct implementation of Quality System procedures in agreement with IATF standard /li liWarranty and 0-km KPI and costs management /li /ul h3bMain opportunities and challenges /b /h3 pThe candidate will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment with the possibility to learn about different technologies that apply to complex products such as Automotive High Performance transmissions. Be part of a company that manufactures premium transmissions delivered to top automotive OEMs. /p h3bEducation and Qualifications /b /h3 pbEducation /b: /p pUniversity bachelor degree, Mechanical Engineering /p pThe candidate needs to have a good Quality background in structured automotive company (at least 5 years) working as Customer Quality Engineer /p h3bSkills and Competencies /b /h3 pbEssential /b: /p ul liQuality tools background (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Control Plan, Problem Solving) /li liAble to read complex drawings and to understand measurements reports /li liFluent English (both spoken and written) /li liMS Office 365 package good knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Copilot) /li /ul pbConsidered as a plus: /b /p ul liMechanical systems knowledge /li liMySQL and PowerBI good knowledge /li liSAP knowledge /li /ul pbSoft skills: /b /p ul liGood communication skills /li liAbility to work with different Teams /li liHard working, able to work in stressful condition /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
