With an exciting pipeline of utility-scale wind, solar and Agri-PV projects across South Italy, they are now looking for a Site Manager profile to manage the onsite execution of these projects. .Working within the Construction department and alongside the Project Manager and Engineering teams, the Site Manager will oversee on-site execution and ensure delivery to design, schedule, and quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Italian IPP, with an ambitious and collaborative work environment. .As Site Manager, you will:
- Review detailed designs and propose corrections
- Analyse contracts and authority requirements
- Monitor works for compliance with design and standards
- Identify construction issues and define corrective actions
- Plan and coordinate site activities to meet timelines
- Supervise suppliers and subcontractors
- Manage material procurement and inspections
- Prepare progress reports .Ideal Profile
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 2+ years’ experience on complex construction sites (renewables preferred)
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction processes
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
