While reporting to the Plant Quality Manager, as a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring quality expectations of every customer, both internal and external are met or exceeded. Safety, quality, productivity and strong work ethic are important to the Sonoco culture.
We have a vacancy for a Quality Engineer in our factory in Aprilia (Centre of Italy).
Aprilia Plant is specialized in metal closures mainly for tomato, pickles, sauce and condiments. We also develop and assemble sealing machines for our customers and equipment for the manufacturing of closures in our Centre of Engineering.

What You Will Do:
You ensure the conformity of the finished goods through the verification and continuous improvement of the production processes.
You coordinate the Quality Inspectors.
You manage vision systems.
You supervise sorting activities.
You supervise problem solving activities until the definition of corrective improvement actions necessary to the non-recurrence of the problem (Non-Conformity and OOS).
About You:
You have a University Degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum 3-5 years industrial experience in Quality.
You have a Good Knowledge of all quality instruments necessary in a certified system
You have good a ability to manage people
You have Problem Solving, Team Working and Communication skills.
You speak fluent Italian and you have a good knowledge of English language
