TXT Novigo represents the Fintech branch of the TXT Group. It is specialized in providing IT services for the financial market. We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to join our Application Management Team.
Who are we looking for?
You will join our team as a key figure for Technical Support and Management of applications developed by TXT Novigo. Combining strong technical skills and communication abilities, you will make sure that our systems work properly to ensure the satisfaction of end users. You will work closely with colleagues from various teams within TXT Novigo as well as with external clients.
In particular, you will:
Provide technical support to clients: Leveraging your technical and problem-solving skills, you will offer direct assistance to TXT Novigo clients by answering technical questions, addressing support requests, and resolving tickets related to our applications. You will perform these activities by actively collaborating with the relevant professional figures within the team assigned to a specific application (Developers, Analysts, Project Managers, etc.).
Perform qualitative monitoring: You will proactively report technical issue or bugs to our development teams, actively keeping TXT Novigo's quality standards. You will suggest improvements and optimizations based on your direct experience with the applications and user feedback.
Document and share knowledge: You will create and update user guides, technical documentation, and best practices, ensuring that both the team and end users have access to relevant information.

Technical Skills:
Familiarity with SQL databases (including MySQL Workbench/MariaDB) is preferred.
Knowledge of web applications’ functioning and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior experience in 1st and 2nd level ICT Help Desk roles.
Capacity to draft operational technical documentation.
Good command of the English language.
Knowledge of the Atlassian Suite and Jira Service Desk is a plus.
