After an initial validation phase, they are ready to open a new stage of growth and evolution by structuring complex and robust financial operations within an aggressive five-year M&A strategy aimed at firms currently on the market, with the goal of consolidating and making the sector more agile and profitable, which is now highly fragmented. For this reason, they are looking for a member of the founding team with managerial experience and an entrepreneurial attitude who can work with us to define and implement the long-term commercial and operational strategy. As a General Manager you will: Define the commercial strategy and principal growth models together with the team. Supervise marketing and sales activities, with particular attention to client acquisition and retention. Assist in preparing documentation for investors, pitches, and fundraising negotiations, working closely with the legal and financial teams. Contribute to the development of the brand and market positioning, with a special focus on the quality perceived by clients. Familiarity with the main economic and financial indicators (P&L, margins, CAC, LTV, etc.) and the ability to work toward economic-sustainability goals. Natural leadership skills, vision, and an execution-oriented mindset. A problem-solving, builder mentality focused on both the short and the long term. Interest in taking a central role in external communication (pitching, fundraising, partnerships, client relations).
