We are looking for experienced professionals in networks and networking for infrastructure support on Juniper products. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Help Desk, Network Support or IT Specialist roles. Solid knowledge of network infrastructures and Juniper products. CCNA and/or CCIE certifications. Knowledge of key network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, routing, switching). English language – good or fluent level. Responsibilities Provide level 2 and 3 technical support for products. Collaborate with the Cluster Project Manager on staffing planning for various cluster sites. Manage issues reported by the Technical Manager and the level 1 support team (TIM). Interface with the Technical Operation Centre (TOC) in Milan for ticket handling and troubleshooting. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and guide the on-site support team in implementing solutions. Perform on-site interventions for assistance or implementation of Juniper solutions. Support pre-event configuration and deployment of equipment at Olympic sites.
