PAs Service Specialist, your final goal will be to transform business needs into reliable services. To ensure this, you will be working in close relation with the Line of Business Owner of the business segment you are assigned to and other technical and programmatic Point of Contacts such as Head of Technology, Program Managers, and Lead Engineers. /ppIn the role, you oversee the design and implementation of operations for the services you are assigned to. The ideal candidate has an outstanding capacity to see patterns and relationships where others may not and is capable of drawing services optimizing business deliveries. To ensure mission execution as per the company's launch manifest, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing the required infrastructures. /liliIssue and maintain Services documentation to be used for commercial purposes and related Service Statement of Work / Service Level Agreement in close collaboration with Line of Business Owners, Sales, and the Fleet team. /liliContribute with strategic, tactical, and managerial leadership for successful implementation of the services, with the goal to optimize business outcomes. This includes responsibilities in the following knowledge areas to support : /liliSales Operations Planning Process, for the definition and maintenance of integrated planning. /liliCustomer Acquisition Process. /li /ulpIn line with Service Operations Manager directions, report to Line of Business Owner services evolution proposals based on direct delivery experience and mission lessons learned.As part of the Service Operation Management team, contribute to the definition of the service evolution roadmaps ensuring that the agreed evolution projects are kicked-off and delivered, identifying the KPIs to measure the benefits.Report overall services risk register, clearly identifying impacts on operations and business.
