Together, we can make an impact!Job ScopeProvide operative and documentary contribution to the Team in accomplishing Software design and test activities, related to development of new instruments and improvement of existing instruments, through a quality-driven attitude.Key Duties and Responsibilities
Define, review and update software requirements (high-level and low-level) deriving from higher level requirements, from market feed-back or from regulatory/safety requirementsReview the associated software specificationsInteract with the other development areas within the Team ("Consumables", "Hardware" and "Assay Integration"), with Project Management and Device Lead, as per the joint development/improvement tasksManage software installations aimed at software testing activitiesEdit, review and perform software verification/validation plansContribute actively to troubleshooting and bug fixing activities with the instrument Development PartnersInvestigate on anomalous and/or uncommon situationsInteract with other Company functions, in order to provide team's know‐how and support to problem solvingEnsure compliance with the Code of Ethics, the Quality Management System, the Company Policies and the Corporate Procedures
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
Master's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Informatics, Mathematics1 year experience in a similar role. Previous experience in IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) and/or highly regulated FDA environments and biotechnology industry experience is highly appreciatedBasic Knowledge of requirements engineering approach (nice to have)Basic Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is appreciatedGood use of Microsoft Office packageBasic level of programming skills
