We’re entering a key growth phase: strong product–market fit, increasing inbound demand, and a clear mandate to build a predictable, measurable GTM engine. \r\n\r\n We’re hiring a Growth Intern to support the execution of FinchTrade’s 2026 Growth Plan. You’ll work directly with the Growth Lead and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations. This is not a passive internship: you’ll help turn strategy into execution, maintain clean GTM systems, and make growth activities measurable and repeatable. If you want to learn how a B2B fintech / crypto infrastructure company actually scales demand and revenue, this role is designed as a fast, hands-on learning experience. \r\n\r\n Content & Inbound \r\n Support the production of high-intent content across the buyer journey (comparison pages, case studies, implementation guides)\r\n Help structure content outlines and update existing content based on performance \r\n Ensure content includes clear CTAs aligned with funnel stages \r\n Collaborate with sales to reflect real objections, FAQs, and use cases in content \r\n Research fintech, payments, crypto infrastructure, and regulatory publications \r\n Track acquired and lost backlinks and help maintain monthly reports \r\n Coordinate linkable assets with ongoing content efforts \r\n Help audit messaging clarity, CTAs, and conversion paths \r\n Help ensure high-intent actions are logged and visible in the CRM \r\n Help maintain clean funnel data across inbound and outbound \r\n Help surface early signals, bottlenecks, and operational gaps \r\n Podcast & Video Operations \r\n Support podcast outreach and guest research in fintech, payments, and crypto \r\n Maintain podcast and guest databases \r\n Help manage raw audio/video files \r\n Support short-form clip creation and distribution (LinkedIn and similar channels)\r\n\r\n Currently enrolled in a university or recently graduated \r\n Hands-on experience through internships, side projects, student consulting, or early-stage startup exposure \r\n Strong interest in go-to-market, growth, and revenue-driven marketing \r\n Solid marketing fundamentals: content, SEO, distribution, analytics, or campaign execution
