We provide secure, stable, and scalable financial infrastructure tailored to agencies and creators—enabling them to operate globally with confidence. /p pOur Private Banking team delivers a premium experience to our most valuable clients, supporting them across onboarding, account optimization, and ongoing growth. /p h3The Role /h3 pWe are looking for a Client Development Manager, Private Banking to own the end-to-end relationship with our agency partners and high-value creators. /p pThis role combines white-glove client service with commercial ownership, ensuring clients are successfully onboarded, deeply engaged with the platform, and continuously expanding their use of MAKE. /p pReporting to the Director, Private Banking, you will act as a trusted advisor and relationship owner, balancing exceptional service with a proactive approach to client growth. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Client Onboarding Activation /h3 ul liOwn the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients (agencies and creators) /li liGuide clients through KYC/KYB processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience /li liAct as primary contact during account setup /li liReduce onboarding friction and improve activation rates /li /ul h3Relationship Management /h3 ul liBuild and maintain strong relationships with agencies and creators /li liDeliver a high-touch, concierge-style service aligned with Private Banking standards /li liServe as an advisor on how to best use the MAKE platform /li liMaintain regular communication through Telegram, WhatsApp and phone calls /li /ul h3Client Education Enablement /h3 ul liEducate clients on platform functionality, features and best practices /li liSupport clients in optimizing their financial operations using MAKEDeliver tailored onboarding sessions and walkthroughs /li /ul h3Growth Commercial Development /h3 ul liIdentify opportunities to expand client usage and increase account value /li liDrive retention, engagement and revenue growth /li liCollaborate with internal teams to support client growth initiatives /li liSpot trends and provide feedback to product and leadership teams /li /ul h3Product Feedback /h3 ul liShare insights on client needs, pain points and feature requests /li liSupport rollout and adoption of new features and product updates /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 h3Experience: /h3 ul li5+ years in account management, client success or sales /li liMust include 1+ year in commercial or retail banking /li liExperience managing high-value clients or VIP relationships /li liBackground in fintech, creator economy, SaaS or digital platforms is also a plus /li /ul h3Skills Attributes: /h3 ul liStrong relationship-building and communication skills /li liCommercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities /li liHighly organized with strong attention to detail /li liAbility to handle sensitive client situations with professionalism and discretion /li /ul h3What’s in it for You /h3 ul liCompetitive compensation package with potential for stock options. /li liRelocation opportunity to the Canary Islands (Tenerife) with a comprehensive relocation package /li liOwnership and autonomy to shape MAKE’s compliance vision from the ground up. /li liCollaborative, fast-paced startup culture - work directly with founders and senior leadership. /li liThe chance to define compliance in one of fintech’s most exciting frontiers - the Creator Economy. /li /ul h3Why Join MAKE /h3 pBe part of a fast-growing fintech platform shaping the creator economy /p pWork with high-profile creators and agencies /p pHigh ownership and impact in a scaling business /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
