For a Biotechnology Start-up we are looking for a Temporary FP&A Manager who reporting to the CFO will manage Company’s finance and budget while ensuring administrative an operation support to the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the budgetary process including the establishment and the follow up of the budget and the forecast
2. Produce Company’s Accounts in liaison with external accountants & auditors
3. Monitor Company’s Cash Management (Bank relations, payment & rolling cash forecast)
4. Manage Tax, Administrative and operations activities (such as lease activities, insurance policies, HR documentation. ..)
5. Produce ad hoc business plans, non-dilutive funding analysis, market studies, analyses of investments and financial / commercial partnerships
Required Skills
6. Master’s degree in finance
7. 10+ years of experience, preferably in related industry (biotechnology/biomedical, pharma sector) or in a start -up company
8. Work experience in an international environment preferred
The company offers subordinate fixed-term contract or as contractors (in P.IVA) with concrete possibilities of being hired
