A leading global industrial group in the manufacturing sector is looking for an
HR Intern – Payroll and Attendance
to join its Human Resources team.

Responsibilities:
Support in the collection, verification, and management of employees' attendance data;
Enter and update personal and contractual information in the Zucchetti HR system;
Assist in the preparation and verification of payroll documentation;
Manage HR administrative tasks such as filing, employee communications, and document handling;
Provide supportin HR administration activities (contracts, extensions, holidays, leaves, sickness, etc.);
Collaborate with the HR team on process improvement projects.
We are looking for:
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, or Human Resources;
Strong interestin HR administration and payroll management;
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
Familiarity with the Zucchetti HR system is a plus;
Accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork skills.
