Job Summary
As a Process Engineer, the selected candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing assembly processes, supporting the introduction of new (mostly mechanical) products in the most effective and efficient way possible, while ensuring excellent quality standards for the customer.
Key Responsibilities

- Definition and implementation of production processes: Study and define assembly methods through the creation of appropriate Operating Standards, layout definition, analysis of equipment and material placement, ensuring full compliance with ergonomic principles.
- Cost analysis: Define and estimate work cycles in line with project targets agreed with R&D.; Size investments in machinery and equipment, and support the design and implementation of such investments in collaboration with the Industrial Engineering department.
- Technology transfer: Coordinate product industrialization projects, taking them from the design/prototyping phase to mass production.
- Collaboration with R&D;: Work closely with the Research & Development team to understand technical specifications and process requirements, suggesting modifications to improve performance and manufacturability.
