This role offers exposure to cutting‑edge projects related to mobility, technological innovation, and design. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts typical of engineering services companies, both in Italian and English, such as supply and subcontracting agreements, RD and engineering service agreements, NDAs and confidentiality agreements, framework agreements with Business Partners. /liliSupport corporate governance activities, including drafting of board resolutions, powers of attorney, and maintaining corporate records. /liliSupport the internal units in the management of legal issues, legal opinions. /liliSupport in dealing with governance and Data Protection (GDPR). /liliMonitor and interpret applicable laws and regulations impacting Company business. /liliProvide legal advice to internal stakeholders and ensure risk mitigation in day‑to‑day operations. /liliWork with IT and Compliance team on matters related to IT security and internal and Group policies. /liliCoordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies when needed. /liliManage priorities while respecting deadlines. /li /ulh3Key requirements /h3ulli3–5 years of experience in a legal department of multinational industrial companies (preferably in the automotive sector) or in international law firms with strong focus on commercial and corporate law. /liliSolid knowledge of civil, commercial, and corporate law (national and European Union regulations). /liliAutonomous drafting of legal texts. /liliAccuracy, clarity and completeness in the preparation of documents. /liliCommunication, negotiation and conflict management abilities. /liliTeam player with a proactive and business‑oriented mindset, and respect for others. /liliStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. /liliPrecision, good organization and good management of time. /liliAbility to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines. /liliDiplomacy and ability to interact at various levels of responsibility. /liliHigh level of integrity and confidentiality, accountability and flexibility. /li /ulh3Preferential requirements /h3ulliQualification for the legal profession (bar examination). /liliSecond‑level master’s degree in business law. /liliKnowledge of regulations on innovative ICT technologies. /liliFamiliarity with the regulatory framework applicable to the automotive industry. /li /ulh3Education /h3pMaster’s degree in law. /ppLanguage skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.
