They partner with sponsors, clinical, and statistics teams to develop the data collection specifications from all data sources. /p pThe Senior Data Manager manages in-stream data flow activities, delivers a quality database according to the project plan, leads the data management team, and acts as the reference point for the sponsor and the project’s data management lead. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive achievement of project milestones from study start-up to database delivery. /li liProvide data management input into study protocols. /li liDesign Case Record Forms and guide their approval process. /li liDefine and develop Data Management Plans, Validation Plans, and related annexes. /li liValidate databases and perform computerized checks, including SAS listings. /li liDefine UAT plans for EDC studies and execute testing activities. /li liRespond promptly to issues from the eCRF Helpdesk. /li liPrepare CRF completion and data-entry guidelines and train staff. /li liPerform term coding, raise queries for uncoded terms, and manage query resolution. /li liCreate and test import programs for external data. /li liPerform data reconciliation and monitor data progress reports. /li liDefine and execute QC plans, lead database releases and freezes. /li liLead the DM team, assign work, schedule, and prioritize tasks. /li liMonitor study progress and escalate issues appropriately. /li liContribute to training and follow SOPs and industry standards. /li liRecommend process improvements and develop new standards. /li liMaintain communication with the study team and represent data management in meetings. /li liPerform other activities as required. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field, or at least 3 years’ experience in data management in a pharmaceutical environment. /li liKnowledge of data management processes, industry guidelines (ICH, GCP), and coding dictionaries (MedDRA, WHO-DD). /li liExperience with DM systems and MS Office. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liProfessional, trustworthy, and quality-focused. /li liEffective prioritization, learning agility, and team-oriented. /li liStrong problem-solving, conflict management, and networking skills. /li liProficiency in technical and business writing. /li liLanguages: (Specify if applicable) /li /ul h3Education /h3 pBSc in Biology, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy. /p h3Contract Type /h3 pRegular /p h3About Alira Health /h3 pAlira Health is a global advisory firm dedicated to humanizing healthcare through innovative technologies and expert guidance, supporting clients across the healthcare spectrum. /p h3Why Work at Alira Health? /h3 pWe offer a vibrant, creative environment with benefits including professional development, global travel, flexible work programs, and more.
