Overview

As a Demand Generation Partner, you will drive growth by integrating marketing, communications, and demand generation to build awareness and generate qualified leads. You will scale regional campaigns aligned to business goals, channels, and audience needs, blending digital and traditional tactics. Your work will support pipeline growth, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and optimize campaigns for measurable impact. This role offers a chance to shape messaging and demand strategies within a global, mission-driven water solutions company.

  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns that fuse strategic communications and demand generation to boost engagement, leads, and pipeline
  • Ensure campaigns align with business goals, audiences, messages, channels, and measurable outcomes
  • Adapt global campaigns for regional use while maintaining brand values and positioning
  • Leverage digital and traditional channels with fresh, creative execution
  • Coordinate with local steering committees and stakeholders to align initiatives
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline contribution with measurable commercial impact
  • Track and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI and efficiency
  • Refine plans and investments to focus on high-impact activities
  • Lead strategic communications initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and support demand goals
  • Create and manage campaign content across digital, print, events, and internal/external channels
  • Support PR and media activities, including messaging for external/internal audiences
  • Manage external agencies and partners to ensure high-quality execution
  • Collaborate with regional partners on events and joint initiatives that generate demand

Responsabilità

  • Proven experience in strategic communications, demand generation, and integrated campaign management
  • B2B marketing experience preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset linking marketing to business results
  • Experience across digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with multiple priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management and comfort with senior leadership
  • Experience managing external agencies and partners
  • Excellent writing and content development across multiple formats
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent English; Italian speaker
  • Experience in or knowledge of the water treatment sector is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience or equivalent
