Responsibilities
Partner with product leads and designers to develop reliable and well‑tested backend software. Design and implementation of new GeoServer/GeoTools features. Performance of day‑by‑day bug fixing.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience
- Good knowledge of Java Enterprise
- Good knowledge of Spring Framework
- Good knowledge of relational databases – PostgreSQL is a must, Oracle is a plus
- Ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable systems for highly concurrent loads
- Knowledge of distributed systems and related key technologies is a plus (e.g. Kafka)
- Knowledge of GeoServer and GeoTools is a plus

We offer a variety of contracts but, please, note that our intention is to establish a long‑term relationship. We are a remote first company; however the ideal candidate should work from a time zone between GMT and GMT+2. Relocation is not requested and we are not envisioning any relocation support package.
