Our company is seeking a Technician IT to join the IT department.
The ideal candidate should be capable of managing daily IT operations. Specifically, reporting to the ICT manager, the responsibilities include:
* Installation, configuration, customization, maintenance, and management of the company’s hardware, including PCs, notebooks, printers, VoIP phones, smartphones, RF devices, and related operating systems, programs, and applications.
* Updating company assets and inventory, maintaining relevant documentation.
* Supporting the development of new technologies and ensuring system updates/revisions.
* Maintaining the company network, managing servers, and cybersecurity tools.
* Supporting laboratory technology management in classrooms.
* Providing IT assistance to staff.
* Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good problem-solving abilities.
* Proactivity, flexibility, punctuality, and respect for deadlines.
* Managing workload and stress effectively.
Additional desirable qualities include precision, autonomy, and reliability.
Required skills and experience:
* Previous experience as an IT technician, preferably with expertise in MS Active Directory.
* Experience with automatic software deployment and creation of group policies.
* Knowledge of authentication methods and network configuration (TCP/IP).
* Proficiency in English.
* Familiarity with the latest Windows operating systems (client and server), Office Suite, Adobe, and Google Apps.
* At least 1-2 years of similar experience.
* Ability and independence in PC installation, user profile configuration, software setup, and network cabling.
* Comfort with PC hardware, local and network printers, and mobile devices (iOS, Android).
The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, full-time hours: 9:00-13:00 and 14:30-18:30.
Direct hiring is planned. Salary details will be discussed during the interview.
