Senior Associate - Client Relationship Management

Role: Client Executive

Responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and portfolios, with accountability for client retention and new business development. The Senior Associate will manage and develop client and WTW relationships, service, and grow the portfolio within the business unit. The role also involves targeting and converting prospects. The principal accountability is to prioritize client interests and market integrity in all business dealings.

Main Duties:

* Provide day-to-day client service, addressing requests and queries from clients, insurers, and third parties via voice and email, including advice on cover, contract reviews, placement under global programs, local policy arrangements, issuance of evidence of insurance, and ongoing servicing.
* Understand client business and risk management needs, delivering ongoing service accordingly.
* Comprehend the client's global insurance program and utilize it in line with their insurance and risk management philosophy.
* Maintain accurate information on the client database.
* Prepare market presentations and underwriting submissions as needed.
* Interpret and review quotations to ensure they meet client needs.
* Negotiate terms and cover alterations with insurers and present to clients.
* Complete reports and summaries of insurance for interested parties.
* Attend key client and market meetings.
* Collaborate with clients and insurers to resolve issues.
* Liaise with other divisions and offices of WTW to access expertise and provide local service.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Degree educated.
* Fluent in English (oral and written).
* Technical knowledge of insurance to effectively address client needs.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
* Professional demeanor when dealing with internal and external contacts.
* Proven client focus and experience in delivering high-level client service.
* Analytical skills to assess situations and recommend solutions.
* Understanding of processes supporting the operating model and strategy for the Business Unit and WTW.
* Experience working with systems supporting client service delivery.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
* Good presentation skills.
